First and foremost, I don’t think I can say enough good things about Catherine Sawatsky and the Century 21 C Watson team. Since I reside in Los Angeles, it was a bit more challenging than I thought it would be to sell my Fresno home. Catherine and her daughter Caitlin made the home search easy and enjoyable. Both made sure that I felt comfortable with my decision, were efficient with moving me through the process, and kept me updated through each step. I have heard of the stresses of purchasing a home, but the Sawatskys made buying my first home a comfortable experience.

Catherine was great to work with. She is easy going and has great follow thru and execution. I bought and sold a house thru her with multiple contingencies - and she made the wheels turn. Not an easy task. I would use her again without a doubt.

We had never sold a house before so of course we were nervous. Catherine was the calm source for us. Our house sold twice because the first time the buyers lost their lending source but Catherine kept an upbeat attitude that helped calm our nerves. She also had suggestions on how to keep the property show ready and staged which we were not sure about but did because we felt we could trust her guidance and we were not disappointed because the house sold within days of being staged.
