We decided to sell our home and buy a new home at the same time. I do not recommend doing buying and selling at the same time if you can avoid it. I found her to be very hard-working and on top of her game! Easy to work with I’m very kind. She was constantly on top of all the new listings and available to show them at the drop of a hat! I’ve used her for a five times throughout my life and she is great!
Catherine and her team provided us with the best guidance in the preparation for selling our house. Staging, photography, analysis of the competition and most important setting the correct selling price. Once the listing became active, the house sold within 24 hours. We worked with Catherine once before when we bought a house. It was a pleasure working with her once again while selling a house.
