She assisted me recently in the purchase of a property and no one could have been more professional , more helpful and totally competent in every aspect of this transaction. It was a pleasure to work with Catherine and her diligent team! Finding the right home took me some time but I never felt pressured to settle. Catherine was always available and responsive; which made the process an easy one. My first home purchase experience was a great one and I enjoyed working with Catherine. Catherine guided me through a scary and difficult escrow with patience and utter determination. I always felt as though she had my best interests at heart and being a new home buyer she made she I was informed and had all the information even when it was information I didn't want to hear. We bought a house that had repairs needed, some even Catherine did not think we would get approved from the seller, and she was able to get us all we wanted and more. She and her team were very helpful in the process of finding a house and the process of buying the house we decided we wanted. The whole experience seemed like we were with family not just a sales person. She would be the only Realtor (other than her daughter) that I would ever plan to use ever again.
