The service is getting worse and worse. Rude customer service. Every time we go there is always someone to come up to our cars and I guess they stopped doing that. When we take our cars in the person that bring the car back drives very reckless and in a very high speed that can run over someone. ****** is very rude on top of that I asked her if my car was done and she rudely responded I havent got the paper work then I waited. Way too expensive for services (oil change/tire rotation, especially for wiper blades or other minor services). ******* ** ** ********* **** ** ********
I was looking for another vehicle and found a Jeep Grand Cherokee at Casa GMC and they were so helpful I have been coming back for oil changes and Maintenance They do great work and have really good service people and mechanics I will continue bringing my Jeep here I feel really safe bringing my car here and trust them with my car I have never had a bad experience
I was there for an oil change today and it took FOUR hours, customer service was terrible, rude employees.
