I called this dealership regarding a ***** ********* *****lease for $289, but had to be a current lessee. They have a recorded conversation between me and someone named Marcuss (whom I noticed is mentioned in other BBB complaints) who assured me I don't need to be a current lessee, but my credit will qualify me for this lease. My wife and I were looking for a car for my Granddaughter, simply put her first. After several searches, we located a ****** Murano at **** **** Buick. We decided to go look at this car. Once we arrived, we found ****** to be in extremely poor condition vs what **** **** posted in the pictures. The handles were literally falling off the car. We went in on May 24th to trade in my 2019 **C Denali ********************** to buy another **********************. It was the worst experience weve ever had with a car dealer. We had our eyes set on a red 2024 Sierra **C. We filled out the paperwork on the red ********************** and we never took possession of it. This dealership attempted to sell me an imported vehicle from Canada. The dealership advertised and represented the vehicle still had the original manufacturer warranty. This is false and misleading as the original warranty is only valid in Canada, not the United States. Buyer beware!
I got my truck back in a quick time and everything was done as requested. The service staff have always been helpful

Disappointing Service Department at Conley Buick GMC I purchased a new GMC 2500HD Denali from Conley Buick GMC in Bradenton, FL, back in 2022. While the sales department was fantastic, the service department has been nothing short of a nightmare. Trying to get someone from the service department to answer the phone or schedule an appointment is nearly impossible.
