This car buying experience ranks right up there with one of the worst I've had in all of my car buying experiences. I had my own financing but was pressured to run my credit in order to "verify my identity." I eventually agreed for a SOFT pull on my credit to verify my identity and I made it very clear that is all I agreed to. It is just appalling and ridiculous that your service advisor (*****) would tell me the dishonest true about contacting the warranty company that i have on my vehicle(2016 ***** Silverado High-country) a vehicle that i purchase both from (Landers Buick Southaven) 2023. We reached out to his warranty company for approval on driver side and warranty company denied the claim due to a leveling kit that the customer has installed, so the *** reached out to the fidelity *** for assistance on getting the claim approved and he had no luck getting the claim overturned.

I have pulled the ** that the customer signs with the concerns they listed. We addressed the customers concern that were listed and signed off to look at. This vehicle was previously being repaired by another person or shop. The wiring the other shop or person installed was pinned in the wrong locations on multiple modules and the steering gear and installed improperly. Went an paid $3,000 to have my vehicle repaired, had the engine light and the seatbelt light on, had an oil leak, they didn't want to make the repair until that was fixed, got it fixed, engine light , still amcame on, went back, now they say it's the brake line, went in with no brake line issue, also was told not gonna fix nothing until brakeline is ressolved, got that resolved and engine light still is on, made an appointment to take it back, they did I diagnostic which I still have to pay for, now it's brake and rotors tha... read more
I called this dealership regarding a ***** ********* *****lease for $289, but had to be a current lessee. They have a recorded conversation between me and someone named Marcuss (whom I noticed is mentioned in other BBB complaints) who assured me I don't need to be a current lessee, but my credit will qualify me for this lease.
