Went there for a GM part recall, told me it took 2wks- 2mo to get part in. after they completed work order to show I didnt owe anything, Will, service manager contacted me and said itll be $349 + tax and labor for additional parts. I said no thank you, picked up my vehicle, took it to another dealership. After dropping my vehicle off to another dealership, it was fixed the very next day with no additional out of pocket expense. Zero owed.

Promptly attended to upon doors opening ******* change was done quickly. No hassles of any sort..very pleased each time Ive taken my vehicle in for service.

Went there for my last free oil change with purchase of vehicle. They forgot to put the oil cap back tight and the oil leaked out everywhere destroying my engine.

The worst experience ever.Pre ordered the 2022 ultimate Denali w super cruise and its been just h*** My truck had been in the service **** for atleast 4 times twice w a service break issue where my speed is reduced and have no breaks.Not reliable at all. No one can give a straight answer on whats going on they just give me the vehicle back w no follow up.And to get an answer from the service **** forget about it, you wont reach them or return your calls.My truck came out w dents. I purchase a car in 2021 from Crown I went to trade my car in for and Envision at this same dealership you know they didn't want my car I was turn down . I found out that my car was over price in 2021 of $10,000. During the time that the world was in so much sorrow in the lost of family members and friends in time of COVID. This has stress me out to know people would do this to a customers. Wow so unbelievable

I looked up a certified pre owned car on the internet and found one listed at Burns Hyundai. I showed up without an appointment and was greeted courteously immediately by a salesman who was very polite and happy to help. After that the used car manager took over and we couldn't come to terms on a fair deal as his job was to try to make feel like I didn't have a clue as to the value of my vehicle. I paid cash for a vechicle from Casa Buick GMC in *******, **. They sold me a vechicle without a title and the vechicle did not pass State Inspection. Then the vechicle had electrical issues. That was never addressed by the Dealership. While driving on the Interstate the brakes went out on me while I was driving. Which could have caused detrimental damages to the vechicle, myself and others.
