After buying my GMC Arcadia at **** Black Orlando, ** and taking it for service at least 3- 4 times and asked them to fix a raddle nose that turned out to be a major known problem in the exhaust system for these GMC Arcadia's **** Black Orlando not only ignored the problem for over a year and they never addressed it and always ignored. Bought a GMC Terrain from Crown Buick in September of 24. Car has been having problems since then. Asked to trade it about the third time it was having trouble, the manager said I couldnt, when clearly they knew about the problem beforehand but, looking to make a sale. They tell me I have to put another down payment on a trade. Why would i have to that if Im telling you the lemon you sold me is having issues 3weeks after the sell and continues having problems. Gm is the only one being belligerent. Have never spoke one word to him through the phone all contact has been via email to prevent that from happening. I have records of everything. Only time I spoke to anyone was the service advisor who confirmed the car wash acts like an octopus and most likely scratched the vehicle. Good thing I have photo evidence of before and after.

April 16,2025, I took my vehicle for service at McElveen in Summerville S.C... The air and heat did not work. The cruise control button was stuck. Kassie said she would call me later that day and tell me what was found. I called her 5 days later because she did not contact. She explained that the work cost would be $3746.00. I spoke with her on Thursday, she said after test driving my vehicle, it was found that the steering pump needed to be replaced, and the new charge was $6500 total. I declined. This car dealer is non-professional and in my case they are acting like scammers. I took my car to fix in January 2024 the next day they told me it was ready to pick ***** they charged me $2,800 and they didn't give me my car until after I paid. Well, it turns out that they didn't fix it and they sent it back to the workshop. Since that time here, they haven't haunted my car and hung up my calls. This situation is very unfair! ?? help please!

There are some sales people there that are extremely shady you agree to buy a truck, have the PO, and by the time you get financing its suddenly gone, couldn't bother to hold it. Then they say have another that's identical, ok now i have to re-work all the loan info due to the truck changing but did that. Was told repeatedly it was identical, only to find out it didn't have all the features of the one I agreed to purchase in the first place. Are they willing to correct that so the deal goes through, nope. Sorry, you are SOL ... read more
