I made an appt online, expecting that the job would be completed. I brought in my car at 10am on Saturday, Dec 14th. I was told to definitely bring it in on Saturday because Sunday they dont have the staffing to repair vehicles and it sits till the weekdays. I was promised they would have the diagnostic test completed within a few hours and ***** ***** would get the car checked in & give me a call when they had more information. reserve a date for repair recall my ******** online on the official website. the girl called me back the next day and said that on the day I want they do not do recalls, she also said that this spare part is not in stock and she will order the spare part, then she'll call me back when the spare part arrives to schedule an appointment. a month later, I tried to call them several times, they redirected me and put me on endless hold without an answer. and so on for several days in a row. then I went to see them in person to fin... read more

I went to purchase a 2025 GMC Yukon AT4 that they had on the showroom floor. Upon walking around the vehicle, I noticed a paint defect, scuff marks, and one rear sensor had been pushed in. This is a brand new SUV, mind you, so upon them taking delivery they should have made sure these issues were taken care of! BUYERS BEWARE Unorganized. Deceitful business practices. Dishonest. Lack of business ethics. 6 weeks after my purchase was completed I was told there was an issue on their end. The issue- ineffective communication by the team at Dave Arbogast’s GMC. When you deal with 4+ team members, miscommunications are bound to happen. This car buying experience ranks right up there with one of the worst I've had in all of my car buying experiences. I had my own financing but was pressured to run my credit in order to "verify my identity." I eventually agreed for a SOFT pull on my credit to verify my identity and I made it very clear that is all I agreed to. It is just appalling and ridiculous that your service advisor (*****) would tell me the dishonest true about contacting the warranty company that i have on my vehicle(2016 ***** Silverado High-country) a vehicle that i purchase both from (Landers Buick Southaven) 2023. My first experience with(******* ******) the service department was 7/31/24 when i had me vehicle towed there because my front right tire had came off and had the control arm, axle, hub bearing, tie rod. you can see the rest on my invoice(551862)My issue with ... read more

We reached out to his warranty company for approval on driver side and warranty company denied the claim due to a leveling kit that the customer has installed, so the *** reached out to the fidelity *** for assistance on getting the claim approved and he had no luck getting the claim overturned.

Brought my car in for service was having some troubles with the Power Sterling, the car stalling and the auto crankingeverything was explained in full details like 5 times to the Rep *** ******** due to me freaking out because previous mechanic messed up the fuse box due to him changing the engine harness cable at first before taking it to the ***** .I am 100% certain I explained everything (ESPECIALLY THE CAR HAVING ISSUES WITH THE **** START/OFF CRANKING WHICH WAS THE FIRST PROBLEM EVER ) also advising that I had bought an... read more

This vehicle was previously being repaired by another person or shop. The wiring the other shop or person installed was pinned in the wrong locations on multiple modules and the steering gear and installed improperly. Went an paid $3,000 to have my vehicle repaired, had the engine light and the seatbelt light on, had an oil leak, they didn't want to make the repair until that was fixed, got it fixed, engine light , still amcame on, went back, now they say it's the brake line, went in with no brake line issue, also was told not gonna fix nothing until brakeline is ressolved, got that resolved and engine light still is on, made an appointment to take it back, they did I diagnostic which I still have to pay for, now it's brake and rotors tha... read more
