On February 6 I spent $1309 on new tires for my 2021 gmc ****** truck that only had ***** miles on it. I bought the truck off the lot in November 2020. Around February 1st my tire sensor lighted up and showed my right front tire was at 12 PSI. I aired up my tire 3 times and still showed my tire was low. This place sold me a vehicle. The experience was good, it's that service ***** Horrible from the start. The first contact resulted in my car being held for 30 days with me having to foot the bill for a rental. Mind you I was having my center console charging port changed. My wife and I recently bought a vehicle from Jimmy Smith dealership for our 16 year old daughter. We were told it had a coolant leak and that it needed repairs. We agreed, bought the vehicle, and had it repaired at jimmy Smiths service department. Brought it home and found that coolant was still leaking. My wife called this morning and was told that the coolant leak was fixed and that there was nothing else they could do. Its obviously not repaired and I dont like how my wife was treated. This vehicle was sold with an 'as-is/safety' inspection meaning the dealership had already inspected it and found the issues at hand but would not be performing the total repair bill found by the service department. Bad management & they pat up a new tire & sent me on twice...they act like they don't like some people. with lest than 2k miles on it.

I made an appt online, expecting that the job would be completed. I brought in my car at 10am on Saturday, Dec 14th. I was told to definitely bring it in on Saturday because Sunday they dont have the staffing to repair vehicles and it sits till the weekdays. I went to purchase a 2025 GMC Yukon AT4 that they had on the showroom floor. Upon walking around the vehicle, I noticed a paint defect, scuff marks, and one rear sensor had been pushed in. This is a brand new SUV, mind you, so upon them taking delivery they should have made sure these issues were taken care of!
