Had some issues with my 2023 Tahoe so I needed a diagnostics run on my truck. I found out it could take up to 5 days without a rental to get the diagnostics ran on it, but with kids and work I needed it done quickly. My wife and myself ended up Casa after a long day of looking and determined not to buy anything that day just looking. As we arrived, ****** approached us and welcomed us in a very polite and professional manner. We informed him of our intention of not buying anything that day but he still showed us around at our pace without any pressure. I was ready to buy a car I saw on the website here at a casa in *************. I was told I can't have it transferred to ********** to buy it today because it wasn't serviced! A vehicle that is listed on the website should have been readily available for me to buy. This should of been transferred without an issues it's a ****** car. To make a customer wait who has already been qualified to buy this vehicle shouldn't have to wait. I could of bought this with cash or credit. I had an oil change and was very satisfied with the service.
On February 6 I spent $1309 on new tires for my 2021 gmc ****** truck that only had ***** miles on it. I bought the truck off the lot in November 2020. Around February 1st my tire sensor lighted up and showed my right front tire was at 12 PSI. I aired up my tire 3 times and still showed my tire was low. I went to ****** Tire to fix this issue and rotate my tires also. The technician immediately saw that the 2 right side tires had been switched out and that both right side tires were cracking.
