**************** is awesome! The service advisor ****** was attentive and helpful in answering my questions and providing a shuttle. The shuttle service was also very nice. I highly recommend Casa Buick and thank them for their attentive customer service.

Purchased a BRAND NEW 2023 YUKON XL SLT in April 2023, it has been in the shop 5 times now due to the engine light coming on and going dead in the middle of the road. The last time I took it in, I told them "this vehicle breaks down on vaction in December, I am blaming you and want a new one." We are the selling dealer only. After purchasing the vehicle, *********** has never serviced her vehicle at our location. She chose to take her vehicle to a different dealership for service. She took it in for service with a problem, they cleared the codes before coming to Landers Service. Because of that, we could not duplicate the problem...

This dealership had my vehicle for 45 days. The advisers were impossible to reach by phone and never bothered to give updates. The only way to get updates was to hope for the best and catch them on the phone, or otherwise you were driving there and having to talk to them in person. On one of the trips, I had to pleasure of dealing with the "manager" and he was a disgusting joke. He was chomping away on a mouthful of peanuts while trying to give me an update on my vehicle. Regrettably, my experience with Mark ********************** *********** particularly their ***************** was disheartening. Entrusted my vehicle on mid December, only receiving it back two weeks later, the prolonged fix time was unacceptable. I have leased and purchased 3 vehicles with this dealership. I recently had car trouble in late November 2023. My car was towed to the dealership. I was text that my battery was bad and asked if I wanted to replace it. I agreed, additionally I also agreed to an oil change and the change of filters. Dealer kept car for 129 days for transmission module. 4 Months and spent 8,000.00 enterprise rental car. Vehicle was returned with. check engine light on and a Chassy. module error code.
