Took my brand new car in for its first oil change and while waiting they came out to inform us that they rear-ended my vehicle with another customer's vehicle. 2 hours later we left being told it would be taken care of by *************************. After a week and no word from anyone we called. Amazingly enough a loaner vehicle is now ready for pick up the next day. We show up - no loaner is ready. We purchase a lot of automobiles - three in the last two months for example, and we've had a very good rapport with the salespersons at the various dealerships from which we purchase our cars. Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever experienced. From the owner, Chris C***** who's a disgrace, down the line of all his people who made errors and failed me (and I have major proof) have made my buying experience from Conley Buick GMC a nightmare that cost me thousands. His employees admitted to their mistakes and Chris still continues to blow me off. If I could leave a zero star rating I would. This business is the worst place to go to for buying cars and getting your car serviced! They are scammers. There rude and scam people out of money and they mess up peoples cars.
2 months ago I made an appointment with Henderson GMC but still waited 5 hours for an oil change (10 minutes), transmission flush (1 hour), and a new serpentine belt. Also was told the price would be $346.23 and when I went to pay it came out to $850.26. No one said anything about the price change OR that there were issues with the service. I posted a review on ****** only to get a call from the service advisor Juanita saying that the quote I signed for the service was only for the price of labor and did not include parts. **************** is awesome! The service advisor ****** was attentive and helpful in answering my questions and providing a shuttle. The shuttle service was also very nice. I highly recommend Casa Buick and thank them for their attentive customer service.

Purchased a BRAND NEW 2023 YUKON XL SLT in April 2023, it has been in the shop 5 times now due to the engine light coming on and going dead in the middle of the road. The last time I took it in, I told them "this vehicle breaks down on vaction in December, I am blaming you and want a new one." We are the selling dealer only. After purchasing the vehicle, *********** has never serviced her vehicle at our location. She chose to take her vehicle to a different dealership for service. She took it in for service with a problem, they cleared the codes before coming to Landers Service. Because of that, we could not duplicate the problem...
