3rd time I take in to Casa Buick and had over heating car issues. I was charged initially for a busted house at $125 that then became a $2,000 new radiator repair. Less than one day driving it and it on the side of the road over heating and antifreeze all over the engine. Terrible work by Casa Buick. I’ll be by on Monday to once again speak with the Shop Manager. Not sure what story I will get from them on what went wrong.

NOT satisfied with the Service Department. Purchased 3 vehicles from Casa GMC, with outstanding sales support. As for the first service on one of my vehicles, Service Rep said they need the vehicle for a week.....Really??? No loaner vehicle, No lets get the Oil changed then relook at the other issues??? No nothing....leave it for week....or nothing. This is impossible. I purchased multiple warranties on all 3 vehicles....kind of useless if you lose your vehicle for a week. This system is Broke. Casa Buick GMC is always friendly and thorough with their work and recommendations. Service is always done as quickly as possible based on volume of clients. They have never failed to give excellent service and accurate estimates. The prices for all services are fair and the work is always completed as promised with timely updates on progress. I drive over 200 miles to have all my vehicles serviced by Casa.

*****, my service advisor at Casa Buick, is absolutely one of the best at what he do. My Envision battery quite working a r I had the vehicle told to the service shop and gave the tow truck driver his name. As soon as he received my vehicle he sent me a text letting me know it was there and they were running diagnostic test and find out the problem, he called me once he knew what was wrong with my vehicle. I went to Casa Buick to buy 2 cars and before signing I asked the finance manager **** about my interest on both of my vehicles and he mentioned I got approved for the same interest rate. At the moment of refinance my cars, the that finance my loan told me I got a 11% interest. When we were signing he didnt let us see the documents thag we were signing since he had “more people waiting” He was rude and wouldnt explain what I was signing.

Fantastic Customer Service by ******* ********. She is very good on notifying the customer of repair updates and when the vehicle is done. Also, the mechanics do a super job in keeping my vehicle in top operating condition and always do safety checks for each visit. Well done!
