My Envision battery quite working a r I had the vehicle told to the service shop and gave the tow truck driver his name. As soon as he received my vehicle he sent me a text letting me know it was there and they were running diagnostic test and find out the problem, he called me once he knew what was wrong with my vehicle. I went to Casa Buick to buy 2 cars and before signing I asked the finance manager **** about my interest on both of my vehicles and he mentioned I got approved for the same interest rate. At the moment of refinance my cars, the that finance my loan told me I got a 11% interest. When we were signing he didnt let us see the documents thag we were signing since he had “more people waiting” He was rude and wouldnt explain what I was signing.

Fantastic Customer Service by ******* ********. She is very good on notifying the customer of repair updates and when the vehicle is done. Also, the mechanics do a super job in keeping my vehicle in top operating condition and always do safety checks for each visit. Well done!
