This dealership had my vehicle for 45 days. The advisers were impossible to reach by phone and never bothered to give updates. The only way to get updates was to hope for the best and catch them on the phone, or otherwise you were driving there and having to talk to them in person. On one of the trips, I had to pleasure of dealing with the "manager" and he was a disgusting joke. He was chomping away on a mouthful of peanuts while trying to give me an update on my vehicle. Regrettably, my experience with Mark ********************** *********** particularly their ***************** was disheartening. Entrusted my vehicle on mid December, only receiving it back two weeks later, the prolonged fix time was unacceptable. Working with advisor ***** was challenging due to his lack of responsivenesshe seldom answered calls, was slow in returning messages, and provided sparse updates. I have leased and purchased 3 vehicles with this dealership. I recently had car trouble in late November 2023. My car was towed to the dealership. I was text that my battery was bad and asked if I wanted to replace it. I agreed, additionally I also agreed to an oil change and the change of filters. I was quoted a text of a little over $475 for the total service, however, when I arrived to retrieve my vehicle, the cost was $749.83. Dealer kept car for 129 days for transmission module. 4 Months and spent 8,000.00 enterprise rental car. Vehicle was returned with. check engine light on and a Chassy. module error code. Consumer spent out of pocket. during this mess over 3,000.00 ... Expert advised. model was never changed. based on confidential intel - Dealer GM notified without any concern. I took my car here numerous times for the same issue while it was still under warranty and my car still has yet to be fixed. Now my car needs a new transmission and my warranty has expired. This is so unfair and frustrating that this dealership can do customer like this.
