We stay here every trip into NOLA and it is always a pleasure with wonderful service and a fantastic location with easy access to Bourbon Street.
Beautifully appointed, elegance throughout. Our waitstaff for lunch was perfect. She had grace, charm and was professional. Food divine. But still there was the NOLA frivolity of fun with the Carousel Revolving bar in the lounge.
Wonderful hotel and staff. I stayed here this past weekend while in town for a wedding. Unfortunately the bustling of Royal St. below and the paper thin walls made it less than ideal for sleeping. Granted, the weekend I chose to stay here was during a busy time of year, so it may be more bearable during the off season.
We had a great three night stay. The staff was professional and very pleasant. The band in the Carousel Bar was fantastic on Friday night! A great time.
From the moment we stepped out of our vehicle till check out, what a wonderful experience. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. The room was excellent-with a view. Definitely will be back!!!

Beautiful hotel! Friendly and warm staff. Clean rooms and common areas. Conveniently located in the French Quarter just 10-15 minute or less walk from many attractions, delicious restaurants and the Mississippi River. I loved my stay here from OCT15-17.
The hotel was beautiful and has a lot of history. All of the staff were incredibly pleasant. The room and bathroom were a bit smaller than I expected (rm 331), but that may be standard size for a historical hotel. I'm not too sure. The room was clean and comfortable, few pieces of trash were on the floor but I didn't complain about it at all. Attending a conference at this location was very easy and helpful. I would go back again if traveling for pleasure.
Carousel Bar and Gin Fizz was fabulous! Service was good and bar tender was very knowledgeable.
