John Austin tickles the ivories at this piano bar from Wednesday through Saturday, but the real attraction is the Carousel Bar & Lounge itself at Hotel Monteleone. It's a carousel and really does revolve - all the time. The music goes until late and the cocktails served are out of this world like the "Truffletini" which is a mix of Bailey's Irish Cream with liqueurs. The ambiance has a slight feel of a Moulin Rouge setting, with bold lighting and motifs.

Had a hard time landing my Sleigh ,,,,, being there was no snow ,,,,,,, but @ least no one shot my reindeer ,,,,,,
Loved every min of it. The complimentary beignets on my birthday were over the top! The lounge music was top notch and the Moscow Mules were the best. Thank you for making it a perfect destination bday. We may have to do this every year!!!
We went there for our honeymoon this past weekend. Very beautiful hotel & such friendly staff! We will definitely be back!!!
We always stayed here during Sugar Bowl time when Alabama played every year. My husband & me with my Dad & Step mom. Great rooms fairy tail mights. I would love to come back again
Outstanding experience! Spa is top notch. All services were excellent, staff has professionalism plus. The only part I'd change is to build an indoor, heated pool that is BIG. Can't wait to return to Hotel Monteleone.
We stay at the Monteleon at least twice a year. It is always a wonderful experience. The rooms are always perfect. Everyone goes out of town heir way to make you feel special
I have stayed at The Monteleone many times, my mother in law stayed there for years so when the family decided to take a trip I automatically booked a room. My mother in law booked at The Omni Royal Orleans and after our experience I will choose the Omni next time. Our room was 944, cramped and across from The Truman Capote Suite. Last night a party in that suite raised a racket in the hallway until 3 am. We had an excellent experience on our trip to NOLA! Your staff went over and above to make us feel welcomed, answered our questions, and patiently gave us directions every time we left the hotel. We loved it and can't wait to return again! Thank you for making such wonderful memories for us!
We loved our stay here. At home we have a sleep number bed and that makes hotel stays not too comfortably at times. But our bed here was perfect and we don't want to get up ! All of the bellman where just wonderful to us and all the other staff as well. The hotel was located perfect for us to see the French Quarters and walk everywhere we needed. We will be back soon !
