Me and my wife bought a vehicle from here today. Was truly a painless car buying experience. Steve helped us today and was just awesome. Was pleasantly surprised to see them openly show the vehicles history and put to rest any concerns we may have had by having what they call a buyer review the vehicle. They lived up to the motto of "the way car buying should be" my next vehicle purchase will be with these guys.
Bad experience today! I was very disapppinted with the lack of Customer service at the Carmax in Nashville. Interested in a couple of vehicles but no one asked or seemed interested until we said something. They will not get our business...Customer Service is very important
