I recently went to look at a car ready to buy, looking at several different models and was about ready to purchase however I just had a conversation with a good friend of mine who bought a Toyota RAV4 drove it perfectly for years and had the clutch go out recently. Paid almost $3,000 to have it replace only for it to go out less than a year out. Place is a scam. I purchased a vehicle a couple weeks ago and now they are calling trying to get me to pay an additional $1700. Don't do business here. It's a scam.
I found that they have a good selection and will earn your business with less pressure than other car sales. We bought a car about a week ago. Thanks Carmax.
Was very pleased with my vehicle and the service at Carmax! Great sales customer service!
Sales lady was nice but.... took over an hour to find the car on the lot. To find out it was going in for repairs to have a key reprogrammed. So waited 3 days just for that. Then got the car. It was everything I wanted till about 10 miles down the road my check engine light went on. Funny part is the car was a carmax certified. Hmmm... brought it in for repairs another 3 days on a car I just bought. Now been waiting 1 hour and 5 min because they can't find me keys???? Are you kidding me????
