Tried to buy a 22K Infiniti from them - cash deal. Car didn't have floor mats and they refused to offer them as part of their "no haggle" policy - whatever that means. Oh well, on to the next!
You can negotiate a better deal elsewhere. They low ball your appraisal then resell it for $4k to $8k more. They will tell you it will go to auction and then turn around and sell it on the front lot for big profits. Their prime back Carmax Auto Finance is a joke. Unless you have the very best credit you won't get a low APR. You will prob get 4 to 8% when you would realistically get 2 to 4% else where.
Fabulous buying experience. Quick, courteous, straightforward. Could not as for better! We liked it so much we bought 2 vehicles. We will go there for the next one as well!
