Based on my experience at this dealership thus far after buying a 33k car, specifically by a manager by the name of Mike Murphy I would not recommend or buy another vehicle from this place. I have contacted customer relations we will see how it is handled and I could retract but as of today. Beware! Make sure they show you records of everything on your vehicle brakes, brake pads!! My car was totaled in an unfortunate accident and I was in need for a replacement NOW! I found exactly what I was looking for...but it was all the way in St.Louis, MO!! Carmax made it affordable and easy to get it transferred to Nashville (fee is still a bummer) but it arrived in only 4 days! My salesman, Jeff Smith, was timely, kind and nice to deal with. After purchasing my car this weekend, I have decided I will never buy from anyone else. The whole process was easy, straight-forward and quick. From the moment I decided which I wanted, it was just about an hour later, everything was done and I was driving off in my new car. The price was fair and the sales staff were very knowledgable about the vehicles. Excellent in every way.
