I am so thankful for Ash, Chris, and Nathan at this CarMax. I purchased a CR-V in December 2018 and was loving it until a few days ago when it simply wouldn't run. My husband and I took it to the Honda dealership because I didn't purchase the CarMax insurance and it turned out I needed the ENTIRE engine replaced along with other misc fixes. I was stressed all day at work knowing I had a $4600+ bill coming my way, no wheels, and no real way to pay for it except for a credit card.
