Hassle free! Everyone was very nice. We were updated many times. Realized, my fault I left cd's in player.
Nobody here knows what they are doing. Don't waste your time. After getting a decent appraisal for my car the night before, I brought in my car the next day to go ahead and sell it to them. After waiting for AN HOUR for someone to talk to me, they tell me that they can't help me and I need to go figure out a problem on my own, even though the guy the night before said that they could easily take care of it. Thanks for wasting an hour of my life carmax.

Julian was great, great, great at the Nashville location. Randy was great at Madison location. Kyle did a great job in finishing our deal. Myshia was great in the business office as well. Overall great experience. Much better than going to regular dealerships!
