This was our third time dealing with CarMax and once again they gave us excellent customer service and treated us like family. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.
So I bought a car from CarMaxa few months ago used but seemed to be ok ... something to haul the kids and my kayak, and just something just for everyday use.... what a crock! Bought it “as is” no warranty... only had 66000 miles on it and the transmission started having major issues (going out) .... the jerking and skipping was so terrible it felt like I was getting rear ended at 55mph... My daughter purchased a car from this dealership along with extended warranty. What a joke. She has had numerous problems with the car and cannot get an appointment with Carmax without a three week wait. What kind of service department makes an extended warranty customer wait that long for an appointment? She has gotten poorer service in trying to use the warranty at a Chevy dealership. Less than a year and a half ago my boyfriend Vince bought a Blazer (from @CarMaxNashville) it's engine is now blown, and he still owes 10k. Vince decided to look for a replacement through the CarMax app, hoping they could work something out, and luckily he found a car he loved at the @CarMaxPineville; 40k miles, single owner, 4WD, and within his budget!
