Jack Kirkman Over the past week we had two cars in for service and additional work. All work was completed and we were very satisfied. Our Service Advisor is "James Shriver" and he goes over and beyond all of our expectations. I would give Mr. Shriver an "A+" !! Actually, it is people like James that makes me come back to your dealership for both buying and service of our cars.

We were met by Jimmy Brooks who was very professional and not pressuring at all. We asked to see a vehicle that was on the "storage lot". Great services and staff, work on communication The staff at Hoehn Buick has always been friendly and accommodating. There isn't a time that I've gone that I haven't been received by smiling technicians ready to help me out in any way they can. The check- in and check-out proceed is always smooth as well.
