CUSTOMER SERVICE at the HIGHEST LEVELS possible Hoehn is one special place... We purchased an XTS and are very happy with it. Had a small challenge on Transmission. Brought XTS to Hoehn, from the minute Service Writer took into to pick up, all done with the HIGHEST LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM... My XTS is fixed, due to Technician who took XTS on road test with me in XTS. He did some technical work, up dated Software and my XTS runs swell. Like new facilities We have always been happy with the service on our cars from the service department , we've purchased many cars from you for many years and love the GMC cars
Very Satisfied We got a good deal through a GM promotion, we had a great salesperson to walk us through lease or finance options and really like the car. After a month, road debris hit underneath the car and we took it to the dealer to have it checked out. There was no cost for that check up and as always with service we got a car wash. So far we're very satisfied.
A Pleasure My first experience with Hoehn was for the car's 3 month service. Travis, my service rep, was friendly and knowledgeable. He even took the time to show us the new dealership showroom which had recently opened. The car was ready when promised and even washed. I drove away a very satisfied customer.
