Amazing service at Hoehn! My car had an issue that was hard to figure out. But..the team at Hoehn stuck with it and got it fixed. When I went to pick up the car, they seemed sad to see it go! I think they truly enjoyed the challenge and opportunity to learn something new. That just builds my confidence in Hoehn. Throughout the entire 3 1/2 week process, they were kind and helpful and always kept me up to date. Love these guys.
Easy does it! Mark did a great job of getting me the truck I wanted for the right price. Ia m very happy with the transaction and will be back to do more business with Hoehn.
Oil Change and Service Employees are good and easy to deal with. Work was done professionally, I believe.
GMC Terrain This was a very pleasant and easy experience for my wife and I. She loves her GMC Terrain and lets me know so on a daily basis. We love our new Buick Enclave, what a great car and all the safety features are incredible.....love the Bose sound system as well !
My Hohen Experience This was my first service experience at Hohen and I was extremely satisfied. I know the recent changes of the new service area/building are exciting and they are very well accommodating as I waited for the service to be performed. I really like my Chevy Cruze and the Hohen family feel! Keep doing the good work as it shows in your employees and we the customers can see and feel it!!
????? Dan Erikson did a nice job of getting my car in and out, let me know what was needed to be done and my options. I enjoy the good service. And they even washed my car, so I don't have to do that this weekend!
