Quick service and very clean facilities. I was camping out of town but near your dealership and my battery went dead. The service rep was able to test the battery and discover it had a bad cell. Thank God it was under warranty! The battery was replaced and I was on my way within a little over an hour. Thanks for the expedited service so my vacation wasn't ruined. Jonathan Skiles
Unacceptable wait for loaner car The service at the dealership was great. The only issue I had was the loaner car. I was given a loaner car from enterprise. First I was told I'd be picked up, I wasn't but the shuttle drive at GMC gave me a ride over. Enterprise was a bit busy when I arrived and they took over an hour to get me the car. The process of waiting for them to pick me up and waiting for them to give me a car took almost 2 hours. With drive time up there and back and dealing with fair traffic, it was over 3 hours. Vehicle maintence Dan Erickson made the visit! I really appreciate his personal touch and recommendations. Dan has met me for my last few visits and helped me feel comfortable by his answers. As an engineer, I really know that maintenance of the vehicle is primary to the life of the car. The minimal inconvenience incurred is very acceptable considering the affect to the continuing performance of the vehicle.

Excellent Customer Service I took my Enclave into the dealership for a routine check up because I am moving from California to Colorado. I mentioned I felt I might have an oil leak. I did they found it and informed me that they need to keep my car for about 4 days. I was upset. Dan was awesome! He got me a rental car, kept me informed every step of the way about my car and when the car was all fixed I was able to bring the rental car to the dealership and they took care of the rest. Top quality Hoehn Cadillac The renovation and upgrade of the dealership is impressive and long overdue. Now I have more pride of this dealership and also reflects the pride of the staff there.
Review I switched to your dealership after a bad experience at north county buick and have had outstanding service since I have been at Hoehn and dealing with Dan Erickson. I would highly recommend your service to anyone and I will begin my shopping at Hoehn when I am ready to replace my Buick. I also have purchased two Acura's from Hoehn and have had satisfactory service there but not to the level I have received at the Buick/GMC dealership.
