White Glove! As usual, white glove all the way! Upon arrival we were given a tour of the new waiting room and show room. We were offered a comparable Cadillac as a courtesy vehicle and as the wait for standard maintenance was not that long it was unnecessary. But of course we did enjoy a courtesy cappuccino. retired Service Advisor told us about a need to have a fuel induction service as the engine was not running at peak performance. After having the service we noticed a marked improvement in performance and mileage. As my wife drives exclusively on surface streets in "stop - go" traffic it is good to know the vehicle is performing at it's best.
Got what I wanted Jim Hjerpe was an honest, straight forward guy from the beginning. He and all of the other folks went out of their way to get me the car that I wanted.
