No pressure, comfortable atmosphere. The employee's were all very kind and pleasant. I did not feel like I was being sold something. I felt more like I was being assisted with buying something I wanted. There is a big difference and a much better experience.

Why I purchase my new Buicks from Hoehn I believe that I have now purchased five new Buicks at Rorick - Hoehn Buick! The reason that I continue to purchase my new Buicks and have them serviced at Hoehn is Vince Love. Vince introduced me to Willie Moreno who did a great job helping me select my current 2014 Lacrosse. Vince always provides excellent personal attention when I bring my Buick in for repair (rare) and maintenance. Because of Vince and his super staff, I will continue to purchase my new Buicks at Hoehn.

Great service, amazing new facilities Took my car to a car repair facility and was told that my a/c was fixed. Heard the same hissing noise afterwards so took it back twice and was told it was normal. A car should NEVER be hissing! Checked my warranty on my car and realized we still had it so off to the dealership we go. They gave us a rental for five days and fixed my a/c so now there is no hissing sound. Excellent service. Could have communicated a little better because they didn't think they would get the part in on time ... read more
