From Dan Erickson, who assisted me today, to Travis, Vince and Dan Zoren; they have all provided me with experiences that I know I wouldn't have had at other dealerships. My recent Hoehn Cadillac experience I received an offer for a complementary check-up in the mail and scheduled an appointment and also asked that my oil be changed at the same time. Hoehn Cadillac offered me a free rental but I declined their offer on the promise I would be in and out of there in an hour and a half. The check-up and oil change were completed in about an hour and I was on my way. Very good service.

Routine Service Call Always timely service, even when I arrive early in the morning before the Service Dept team starts work. They do what they say they'll do and have the truck ready at the time stated. Check in and check out is very efficient.
