Fast thorough service and pleasant facility. The staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. My car was finished before the quoted time and nicely cleaned.

Warranty Work Done Right Had warranty work done with a defective windshield washer container being replaced. Everything was done with no problems. Got a free car wash with it.
Vehicle service seems better than customer service I have had two routine service visits at this location. Both times the service work seems to be high quality. They are good with any recall work that needs to be done. I have been told the recalls have to do with the computer in the vehicle. The first visit the car wash was broken and the advisor said they would have to take it somewhere to give me the complimentary car wash. Unusual personal care as usual! We had an intermittent noise problem that your service staff was able to isolate and repair in one visit with just two road tests. Quick, reliable, courteous service has always been our experience with our Cadillac's 136,000 miles of Hoehn care.
