Service My service advisor did a great job keeping me informed on what the status was of my car. It wasn't going to be ready when I was originally told due to a part not being in stock and he kept me in the loop.
A stressfree experience! Friendly service rep to greet you when you pull in for service. Quick processing into the "system". Fresh coffee and pastry in a comfortable lounge. My only complaint is that it's very COLD in the lounge. Car was delivered as promised. Also, I appreciate the car wash.
5 Star Rep. Schriver, Good maintenance, clean all. I was moving to St.. George, Utah and wanted to have my wonderful Buick maintained by Jim Schriver's recommendations. As usual he set up a wonderful maintenance. He had been who I turned to since way back when he was with Bob Baker. Jim Schriver and the maintenance was very good. As always, GREAT service. I came into Hoehn Cadillac service because the CUE touch-screen was not working in my 2013 SRX. As always, the service was exemplary and as I have learned to expect, James was helpful, courteous, kind.
Great experience at Hoehn Cadillac We could not be more pleased with Hoehn Cadillac. We bought a new Cadillac SRX from them and were treated like royalty! All the staff made us feel welcome. Our salesman Mark Leeds was informed, courteous, and attentive. He patiently went over every feature of our new car with us so we could enjoy it completely. Couldn't have been more impressed! I could not have been more pleased with the warranty work completed by your dealership. First, my service agent, James, was very helpful in determining that the work I needed repaired was covered by my factory warranty. Retired Had an involved maintenance issue with the "brain" and ignition switch with my CTS. Parts were hard to come by but the dealership was able to get them and fix the problem and Dan Erickson in Service kept me abreast of all progress and arranged a very nice loaner.
