Above and beyond service I was on vacation with my kids at Lego land and the dealership, and Dan, the service employee, was so helpful at getting me back to the park quickly, realizing my priorities were being with my kids instead of dealing with a dead battery. They were so kind, considerate and helpful. Couldn't have been more pleased. Also, the shuttle driver was so sweet and prompt as well. Thank u so much to all who helped me!
Service of my CTS Cadillac James Shriver is my service manager and he is excellent! He listens to me and takes good care of my car. I trust him completely. I had new brakes plus some filters, etc. My car is now running perfectly!
