Good service, horrible recalls with manufacturer Your dealership is fine - however, the number of Cadillac recalls on the ATS have been over the top. I have owned Cadillacs for years since the 80s and honestly consider the workmanship and quality, pride of ownership to have been a thing of the past. GTM has obviously hurried to get this model out the door and has sacrificed their reputation in my book.
Fast and Honest Service I've been going to Hoehn to get my vehicles serviced for several years. The service team always does an excellent job; they're fast, honest, and attentive. I brought my Cadillac SRX in for service on Friday, March 13. I needed an oil change, service on my tire monitor system, and a replacement for my lift gate pump (Cadillac issued a recall).
