Safety Recall Everything was as promised including a pickup at my home at the time I requested.
Very good customer service! My service advisor is Jim Schrieber, he is excellent at his job and with all the construction that the dealership is under, it can't be easy. The headlight went out on my 2010 Cadillac SRX. Jim said the entire unit would have to be replaced but was able to obtain a 50% discount which cut the enormous cost in half. Great car buying experience! I have been contemplating the purchase of a new car. I had owned my GMC Sierra for over 5 years and was ready for a compact luxury car. MY RECALLED CAR EXPERIENCE The service was fast. Time will tell whether it is good or not. I was there for 2 recalls. My car has not driven the same since I got it back. I am not sure what is different, but I know something is. There is also a new sound that was not there before. It was never clearly explained what one the recalls was about. Car repair With only one call to the dealership we had an appt. with a good time frame. We spoke to a Mr. James Shriver and he was very helpful and was there to help us with our problem. The car was completed when he said it would be done and very curtious. Mr. Shriver is the kind of person that makes us come back for any additional work. I give him an "A+" !!!

A First Class Experience, I bought my Escalade from Hoehn in Carlsbad in 2011.and the whole buying experience was excellent. My car has always performed superbly but then in Dec'14 it developed a problem with the engine stalling at regular intervals. It took some time after taking it in before the Hoehn engineers were able to accurately diagnose the problem because when they took it in it performed fine for them.
