Service is so slow. Carefree staff
Never. Again. Ever. Don’t go here unless you want to wait 4 hours to get into a room and then wait another hour to be seen.
What is the purpose of web check in? I waited over 4 hours for them to call me so I decided to call them. This is unacceptable and poor customer service. Honestly, you guys need to do better. And once you get to office you are still waiting over an hour. Very unhappy with the service. I will be sending and email to corporate because this needs to be addressed. This has happen at least three times. The front desk can careless about your complaints. End up leaving without seeing the doctor. So unorganized!
I registered online. The website said call us if we have not called you to verify in 20 minutes. When 20 minutes had passed, I called back and was told there were a couple of people ahead of me still and they would call me in order.After another hour, I called again, was put on a long hold. When a man finally picked up, he was totally uncaring and just asked if I still wanted to be seen because there were still several people ahead of me. This is the slowest Care Now EVER!! I DID A WEB CHECK IN AT 11AM, GOT A CALL ABOUT 2:30PM.. AND OF COURSE HERE STILL WAITING. PLEASE ADVISE OF WHAT IS THE POINT OF WEB CHECK IN IF I STILL HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR?
If I could give 0 stars and write a review, I would. Terrible staff. Misdiagnosis. Doctor laughed at patient when symptoms were shared. I’d rather treat myself than go back if I was sick and it was the only place open.
Good experience. My first time going to a CareNow. Did the web checkin. In and out in less than a hour.
Great experience except for the shot I had to get but feeling much better today.
Absolutely the friendliest staff!! Very patient, warm, welcoming and helpful! Everyone we encountered made us feel like we were in the right place! Dr. Nguyen was super nice to us.. very professional.... I will choose this clinic over our primary any day! Thank you Care Now Staff!!
