This has got to be the worst place to go if you need care. You’re better off going to an ER. The doctors are absolutely rude and disrespectful. I’m not sure how they are even certified to care for people. Listen to your patients needs, don’t be rude to them.
Don’t need an urgent care and come here unless you have an appointment no walk-ins are not welcome
Call people when they are actually ready for them - not 2 hours in advance. Oh, and not make it so obvious that they are enjoying a long leisurely lunch on behalf of a pharmaceutical rep while you wait an hour and 15 minutes in an exam room. UNPROFESSIONAL!
Worst customer service experience EVER! Office staff is rude and incompetent. Had a prescription I’ve been trying to get for 2 days that they keep dropping the ball on and when it was finally sent, they sent it to the wrong store. Asked to speak to the manager and she was worse than the others. Never apologized, spoke over me, and offered no resolution except, “you can go get it from the other store” while talking over me. The location is understaffed. I was given a follow-up appointment with a set TIME and it STILL took 2 hours to be seen. Don't call a person to ensure they will be there at the set time and then have them wait 2 HOURS! You could have given me the option to be called when I was 15-30 minutes out of being seen. Do BETTER!
This is the worst place I have EVER been.. the Asian male doctor is rude as hell...I sat in here for over 4 hours and get treated like cattle...DO NOT COME HERE!!! You do better at the morgue!!!! when I went to check on my status, he was sitting and joking with a nurse. when he saw me standing there his whole face changed. My husband went in to be seen for a broken hand, they had 7 days to send a referral to the orthopedic doctor after X-rays found his hand to be broken. When they failed to send referral despite several reminders and phone calls he went in to deal with it himself. They made him sit for 45 minutes and then the receptionist had the nerve to say “ it says fractured not broken.” ?!!! Really?!! I have no medical training what so ever and even I know fracture MEANS BROKEN!!!!!
