Not happy with the service are treatment I get. It's as if the doctor don't have time to address my concerns this place is a JOKE

I would have welcomed an opportunity to review Care Now in Cedar Hill. However, I was turned away. I was refused service because I'm a Medicare patient, with Supplemental insurance, I might add. Even if I didn't have insurance I would have gladly paid their fee. I've never been to an urgent care facility. I have my own doctor, but couldn't get an appointment quickly. Luckily, PrimaCare does take all insurance, and they were wonderful. I'm not criticizing the quality of care given, nor the customer service. I have family who ... read more
Everyone was great! It was clean and professional!
Dr. Nguyen is always great with my wife and I. We come here every time we get sick. We usually always go together when we go but this last time, I had to drive myself because my wife had to babysit our granddaughter. Dr. Nguyen ask me about her by her name. The whole staff is very friendly and personable. That's why we always go there. I have never gone anywhere else except the one time Dr. Nguyen caught something that was something bigger than they could handle. He sent to a partner hospital and I had to have major surgery.... read more
