The physician I saw was ok, but I cannot give them higher than a 1 star. Their receptionists are just rude. Seriously, Ana, get your act together. I don't need to hear you gossiping with your other receptionist friend while I'm waiting. And for goodness sakes, speak up. When I tell you I cannot hear well, that means you need to speak clearer and face me. You getting snarky doesn't help. I'm not done yet. HCA, if you can't hire enough staff, don't open your doors. 1 doctor being on duty at 6PM during the week is unacceptable.... read more
very professional staff, courteous, knowledgeable, very clean, friendly, made me feel special. Doctor was very thorough. I asked a lot of questions and he responded in layman's terms that I could understand. excellent service, brief wait time and I had not checked in on line.

Everyone always tells about the bad experience. I want to say that my visit was really good. I was greeted promptly and everyone was nice. The PA was very detailed and explained my care plan. I did not go in with any expectations, but I left feeling confident I had received great service and care.

CareNow? More like might as well just go to the ER for a shorter wait time. Escorted an employee for WC claim, currently waiting fixing to go on 3.5 hours.
Arrived at opening (8 am) for an employee drug screen. It has been 35 minutes and they still aren’t ready. I’m the only one here for employee screening at this time. This is after calling me back and mistaking me with another patient 🤦🏽♀️. Ridiculous
