RecommendedRosie(nurse)was very pleasant, helpful and felt warm to be around I went in to have my foot/lower leg check! She took great care of me and I even made an appoint to let staff know before leaving!!! What an asset she is to this team in Cedar Hill! She was amazing & got me taken care of after Dr. Sikes examines my issue!

Been calling to see if my Covid results are in. I can’t get anyone to answer me the front desk just transfers me to a nurse station that does not pick up. Called 3 times now different time frames because I know we all get busy. It does not take much time to even pick up to say hey we’re busy can you call back another time. The front desk also realizes no one is answering and just continues to transfer me. Ridiculous.
For one to examine the patient look, not make them wait an hour in the patient room to tell the patient there is nothing they can do for you. Still in a lot of discomfort.

It was okay. I like when they call verses texting, so I missed the text and they were calling me like your 45 minutes late. I was like okay, I’m on my way. Then I get there and didn’t see the doctor for an hour to be even seen...🤷🏽♀️ Guess that was my payback! 😒

Because she just said I just have to hurt
My son was sent by his work to CareNow for a knee injury after resting it for several days to see if it would improve. The doctor was rude to him and didn’t even do an X-ray. I shouldn’t expect much, they didn’t do the proper protocol when my brother went in 8 years ago and he dropped dead there in the office.
This facility has always been efficient and quick. They even saved my husband by calling an ambulance when he ended up be much sicker than I realized. I choose to drive out of my way for the Cedar Hill Care Now.
