I had the worst experience there. There was a visiting doctor there by the name of Dr. Claycomb. He is so rude. He didn’t listen to anything that I had to say. He told me that I had been off from work long enough and that I needed to go back to work and it didn’t matter if I was walking on a cane. He told me that I would not receive any physical therapy for my fall. He didn’t even exam my leg or knee. He didn’t asked what type of work I did or anything. I was seen very quickly by the nurses and Dr. Garcia... the diagnosis was ear Infection, tonsillitis, upper respiratory Infection... got a z pack and a shot... Will see how I feel later
It was going to be an hour wait but I was done within 30 minutes and diagnosed with the flu and started the medication immediately.
The front desk clerk wasn't mean but seemed too use to seeing many different faces and came off at nonchalant. Eye contact wasn't really made and being in a Supervisor for customer service, this was something I expected. My visit behind the lobby was great and checkout was great.
Incompetent staff all the way around. The NP or PA we saw 2-8-2020 was awesome but the rest of the staff needs some customer service and data entry training. My sons dob was entered wrong in their system and they couldn’t find his chart when we had to return two weeks later. They couldn’t find any of our charts initially and the assistant I spoke to today couldn’t find our initial visit STILL.
