Don't know why I came here in the first place if they wanted me to go to the ER down the street. Cost me $ 178 for a nurse practitioner to see me for 20 minuets for a severe migraine that they couldn't figure out.
The wait was completely ridiculous!! Yes- I should have done web checkin-but I felt terrible and didn't want to fight with the app! We arrived 30 mins after the doors opened at 8:30- they told us it was an hour/half wait. We did not get into a room until after 11:30! Then we waited over an hour in the room. It took 4 hours to get out of there. The doctor (Dr Glaze) was very nice and the nurse was super! The people at the front desk were completely indifferent and not pleasant. Absolutely wonderful experience! Super friendly staff, short wait times and perfect care for my son's broken hand. I would highly recommend them!
I originally checked in at a different CareNow but after discovering there was a 3 hour wait I switched to the Cedar Hill location. They called me 10 min later and told me to come in. Everyone was nice and professional...I was able to get checked out and was home less than a hour later.
I received very professional care at CareNow each time I've had to go to them in an emergency situation. Saturday was no different. Diagnosed problem and prescribed the correct medicine. I appreciate their services. Thanks CareNow!
