Great Customer Service – Danielle and the entire Carbiz staff were the epitamy of what "customer service" is all about! They worked with me to accomodate my needs and not only did they give me an excellent deal on my trade in but I drove away in an unexpected treasure. They took away all apprehension and made this the absolute BEST transaction I have had with any dealer to date.

Great Place!!! Baltimore's Best kept Secret! – I price matched the car I wanted (2007-2008) Lexus ES350 with cars within a 500 mile radius on carscom and autotradercom. Carbiz was by far the best price, options, and financing. I did find other cars that were slightly cheaper at other dealerships however one had accident history on the Carfax and another one had a price that did not include Maryland state inspection costs, which the salesman on the phone said could be around 1500 extra... needless to say that was false advert... read more
Great for First time buyers – Salesperson was great and helped me to find the car I wanted at a decent price. At first I was nervous since many calls were needed to be made since this was my first vehicle, however the transaction went rather smoothly after all :). Very satisfied.
Beyond Expectations – Mr burston is an excellent sales representative. his knowledge of cars is excellent and once we explained to him whats our hearts desire he was able to find the perfect car for my family. we recieved personalized attention that was beyond our expectation !!!

I Recommend Carbiz – This is the 3 car I have had to buy in my life and this was by far the best car buying experince I have EVER had!! Matt (sales) was very friendly and very easy to work with throughout the whole process. He stayed late just for us because I could not make it out to test drive the car until after work. Recently I purchase a 2006 LS430 from Carbiz Auto on 9/23/10 I was in the market for a new vehicle and I knew Carbiz was the place to purchase.
