I was actually pleasantly surprised with this dealer- they dont haggle which i thought would frustrate me but it actually made it much easier. I found my Mercedes GL online and when I came in it was exactly what I asked for and what they said it was, clean, excellent condition, new tires, down to the numbers. Great place to do business and I would purchase again. Strongly recommended

Well for starters... Lisa Hope was fabulous. This is the 2nd purchase we have made from Driversselect and have been lucky enough to work with Lisa both times. There is never any waiting around or wondering when the ball will drop. Everything is taken care of the way it is supposed to be. The customer service demonstrated by Keenan was phenomenal. Everything is fine the way it is. My sales person, Keenan McNealy, was awesome. He was very patient, kind, and made the process easy. Especially when I was undecided if I wanted to take the vehicle or not, he stuck by me throughout the process. It has been 11 years since I purchased a vehicle from a dealership. This is by far the most different dealership i've ever been to! Excellent customer service, they're not pushy at all, I found the Challenger I wanted at a price I wanted, and got everything done efficiently. Happy we came here – Everything was really great. I am mad at myself for not putting down a deposit on the car I originally saw on the website. When I got to ready to come in and buy David told me that somebody had already bought my car and I was heartbroken. I told David to call me if he found something that he thought I would like and he did. I am really happy with my car now and so glad I got to work with someone as nice and patient as David Davis. Definitely a great dealership to do business with – I have wanted to brag about Gene and Sammy tosomeone, even Steven who signed my paperwork. Everyone there was unbelievablyhelpful! Awesome way to do business!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – This was by far the best car buying experience ever. My wife, little boy and I came in late Saturday night trying to figure out what we wanted to do and if we even wanted to purchase the vehicle. Gene was just great. He was so patient and even when I called him back on Monday morning telling him that the car seat wouldn't fit in the back, he let us bring it back in and switch to the Camry.
