worst customer service i have ever experienced...from beginning to end was horrible. bought a compustar alarm and was installed wrong remote start didnt work like it was suppose to. had alarm for about a month amd the alarm stop working and left me locked put of my vehicle. now sitting here waiting to get it uninstalled.

Every time we have something done at the Littleton location we have NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!! I called today to get a update on our trucks alarm brain they sent out and now they have no record of anything done....WTF? My truck was there over night until the next day. Car Toys sucks!!! Know I won’t know anything until Tuesday.

I would like to thank the gentleman with dreads from Car Toys in Denton for telling me it’s “not their problem” when my dog locked herself in my running truck in their parking lot. Thank you so much for telling me that your techs own their own tools and it would be up to them. But, not allow me to go ask them to barrow a screw driver to pry my door jam open. Thank you Car Toys obviously not a better way to go..
