I stood in the store for five minutes without being helped. There was only one other customer and three employees visible. Nobody even acknowledge that I was in. Scam. My purchase and service done at car toys in Puyallup scammed me. They didn't do things properly and when I asked them to fix it. Lied To me and stole money from me. Will never go there again
These guys sent me an open box Bassworx sub enclosure that someone else returned. Not a huge deal if nothing was wrong with it, but this one has obvious glue all over the carpet and the gloss face plate is poorly cut and does not fit tight. It it gapped where it should fit tight against the carpeted part. This is probably why it was a return in the first place. First and last purchase from these clowns. I don't do business with companies that pull crap like this.
