$300 to install a radio that was sold with free installation? Do not fall for it. The “free installation” basically gets the radio in the car. If you want steering wheel controls or USB ports connected that is extra. Not up front with what is included at the time of purchase just adding up when you come to do the installation.
I took my BMW to get a nice stereo. Car Toys installers didn't even hook up the rear speakers! What an embarrassment! they disconnected vent lines in my dash so now my defroster and heat no longer work! If you're shopping for car stereo equipment DO NOT SHOP HERE!
I was quoted $500 to install a $300 stereo head. First time there, also the last time.

I’ve never been to car toys in my life and today 1/2/2020 was the first time I went. My stepmom got a remote installer for Christmas. We took it in and had fantastic service today from one of the guys that works there at the northglenn location. I forgot his name but he was so helpful and attentive to our needs! Give him a raise please. He was smiling and not ignoring us as well as making eye contact the whole time. I definitely Recommend this place for your vehicle needs. **All around bad service** I had a remote start installed as a Christmas gift for my husband. Busy time of year, I understand, so i left the car with them for 2 days. Picked up the car only to find out they accidentally disconnected other components. Made an appointment to have everything fixed. I called before closing time to check on the status, and was told to pick it up in one hour.
