Well first they couldn’t give me a straight answer about my claim. I didn’t have a stereo for about two months and they never told me what was going on. I had to go to the store ten times and still they were unprofessional about why it was taking so long, to figure out why the stereo was not working. I end up having them put my old stereo back in the car. They never once called me back, I had to call them multiple times when they said that they would call me. Cartoys is the worst experience ever. Last December they disassembled our truck and damaged and broke numerous items. We have been non stop trying to get this issue resolved and have not got anywhere. I have reported them to the better business bureau and also will be hiring a lawyer. They jerk you around and one person says one thing and another person says another thing. It literally has been one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend car toys to anyone
