They don’t know what they are doing !! Car comes back missing stews brackets installation problems ! Not really have good costumers service!! And if they charge u for something make sure u get what u pay for horrible 😤 mad bad experience

Very slow. .Was told a couple hours 5 hours 45 minutes. Later. And the product does work how I was told it would. Now I have to bring car back at a later date

Car toys employee gets mad, grabs, and throws customer's phone across room. We were seeking refund after their shoddy work caused my wife's car to shutdown mid drive. Car toys refuses to confirm if he still works there. Video here: https://www.facebook.com/547514106/videos/10158102553384107/

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE by Brittnee and the manager, Eloy Robles. Not helpful AT ALL. I was inquiring about a digital media receiver I saw online with free installation. The girl told me that didn’t carry it and they don’t offer free installation except on one Alpine and “it’s not good quality.” Manager clarified they did have it. I requested a bid for this and a back up camera. I ask why they don’t honor the online ad. Online can’t install. No reply. Quote: $1387.68. Just no. And they wouldn’t give me an itemized statement, ... read more

My horrible nightmare experience. I paid a large sum of money to have a sub and amp installed in my new car but received poor Customer service. Installation caused physical damage to my brand new cars interior. I waited from 10:00 AM to 2:30 pm. The car was returned to me with the molding around the doors separated, right side dash panel off and laying in my floorboard and wires hanging out in the trunk.
