I have always enjoyed excellent service at the Car Toys in Denton but January28th I took my new Ram 1500 to Car Toys Rockwall to have my Amateur Radios and Antennas removed from the Yukon I sold and to have them installed into my new Ram. The Car Toys damaged my radios beyond repair as certified by an Amateur Radio Dealer. The damage totaled $4,837.75 and now they refuse to pay. I am a Combat Disabled Vietnam Veteran and I encourage all Veterans not to shop at Car Toys until they are willing to pay for the damage they caused... read more
Maybe ask the customer if the display is ok to install, and not just sneak it in.
