One of your employees backed a truck into my 1970 Oldsmobile Cutlass Convertible on Saturday, Since then I've tried unsuccessfully to contact anyone in your corporate office to discuss the damages and get insurance information for your company. All I can reach is an automated voicemail that immediately sends you to voicemail. You damaged my car and I cannot get anyone to talk to me... this is completely unacceptable!!!!

I bought there warranty upon installation of a CD,Bluetooth, and backup camera on my truck, now the CD went out and they replaced it with another one that was worse than the one they took out, and now they want to replace it again with the same thing I asked about an upgrade to a newer model and they emphatically stated that they couldn't do that it had to be replaced with the same model while agreeing that they know that one I have has a flaw with that model and the only way I could upgrade is if I pay full price for the ne... read more

RecommendedI wrote a negative review for Car Toys about three weeks ago regarding how disappointed I was with the after purchase service I had received. Today, however, I am pleased to say they (and the Puyallup store location) went above and beyond to rectify the issue. Thank you some much for your assistance, patience, and understanding.
RecommendedGood honest long time company that honors there lifetime warranty on installing equipment. They do a first class job on installs and have top knowledge of the all the products they sell. I'd never go anywhere where else.
If you buy crap from them then they will install it but otherwise if you set them up to just install your gear they will ask you to buy something else or it’s not worst putting installers name on job! I’ll choose Quality Auto Sound or a side job I stalker before I ever take any business to this business!!! I suggest you find others out there before Car Toys for their so called expertise.
