Such a bad experience. The advertised price is not what you get when you arrive. And when you need warranty work done because they sold you garbage, your put on the back burner until other new installs are completed first. Terrible customer service!
RecommendedI’ve been going to Car toys in lynnwood Wa for almost 10yrs and continue to go there. I’ve followed my favorite installer Clint down to the Bellevue location. They’ve worked on over 6 of my vehicles and my wife’s. Everything from full systems to decks and remote start. I will continue to go there. The level of professionalism and quality work keeps me going back. You get what you pay for. Kudos to the team down there. From management to the installation team and sales team.
This was the result of faulty window actuator wiring installed by Car Toys. 4 years ago I used the remote start installed in car by Car Toys and when I went to get in my car I saw smoke thinking it was something under my hood I opened the door popped the hood looked around saw nothing and when I walked back to the drivers door it was engulfed in flames. $300 to install a radio that was sold with free installation? Do not fall for it. The “free installation” basically gets the radio in the car. If you want steering wheel controls or USB ports connected that is extra. Not up front with what is included at the time of purchase just adding up when you come to do the installation.
I took my BMW to get a nice stereo. Car Toys installers didn't even hook up the rear speakers! What an embarrassment! they disconnected vent lines in my dash so now my defroster and heat no longer work! If you're shopping for car stereo equipment DO NOT SHOP HERE!

RecommendedWe got a DVD player installed and there were quite a few bumps, but they were always willing to help out and answer questions. Even 6 months after and somehow a setting got messed up, I came in and Nick ran out to help. It just took a minute and it was all fixed!!! Thank you!
