So apparently they think here that if you have a medical condition you still need to wear a mask. Mine prevents me from doing so. $2500 I'll spend somewhere else now. This is discrimination to me and not providing me service do to a medical condition, not legal.
This place is a total joke and the people that work there are rude!! Quoted me $225 to hard wire a radar detector. Went to Bonnie &Clyde Audio and had a more professional job done for $100.

Arrived at Car Toys for my 10am appointment Monday morning. Noticed a few other customers waiting outside so I figured they were just running late. When I got out and looked at the sign on the door, it stated they were closed for cleaning. They failed to call anybody to reschedule appointments or even let us know that the store was going to be closed. One of the customers drove an hour and 20 minutes for his appointment. This place is hands down the worst. If you like to come stand in line for 45 minutes to an hour just to buy an air freshener for $16.99 this is the place for you! I can’t comprehend how this place is still in business, the employees don’t care there’s a line, and can’t get anything done in a timely manner. Absolute worst experience!! We were "approved" for our line of credit for a $3000 system. Flash forward to install day. We were told drop it off in the morning and it'll be done by the time we close at 6. Okay cool. We arrive at 550 after no one has reached out to us yet. We get there and the guy says that the vehicle won't be ready till 9 pm. Okay cool. We ask the salesman if we need to do anything else for the credit and he goes back to check.
