Horrible service my wife was in June 2nd that took you guys 9 hours to improperly install a stereo now I can't get anybody on the phone to fix it and we don't want to sit around for 9 hours while you fixed it horrible service I'll never come back and I'll never refer anyone
Do you not use car toys you spent $1800 on a radio installed with a lifetime guarantee and then you have an issue and they don’t stand behind it I highly do not recommend this company if you have other choices for radio install such as Best Buy earmark etc. use them I will never use this company again and I will make it a point to a Quetion put it on my Facebook page to the three 400 people that I’m friends with and spread the word
They use hack installers and don't care what they destroy on your bike or car. Very substandard workmanship and zero customer loyalty.

How can you close your stores during this health crisis and tell the employees they no longer have a job, their health insurance benefits and paid vacations? oh but they can reapply and be eligible for rehire? That's messed up! They should be reassured their jobs are safe and waiting for them when the crisis ends, not if they will actually have a job or not! WHAT A JOKE YOUR COMPANY IS! my husband has been with your company 6 yrs and this is the thanks he gets?
I stood in the store for five minutes without being helped. There was only one other customer and three employees visible. Nobody even acknowledge that I was in. I stood waiting by the desk for three minutes and no one would talk to me. No one was on the phone. The employees were talking to each other. I walked out. Greeley, CO store.
Scam. My purchase and service done at car toys in Puyallup scammed me. They didn't do things properly and when I asked them to fix it. Lied To me and stole money from me. Will never go there again
These guys sent me an open box Bassworx sub enclosure that someone else returned. Not a huge deal if nothing was wrong with it, but this one has obvious glue all over the carpet and the gloss face plate is poorly cut and does not fit tight. It it gapped where it should fit tight against the carpeted part. This is probably why it was a return in the first place. First and last purchase from these clowns. I don't do business with companies that pull crap like this.
