I purchased a Kenwood DMX7705S from the Mesquite location in July. While trying to troubleshoot an issue with Android Auto with Kenwood, it was suggested my receiver needed a firmware update. So I stop by the Mesquite store to see if they would be able to help me. I was told that they had tried to update firmware before and could not get it to download or some nonsense. Came into the shop week before Christmas knowing it would be busy scheduled service appointment for the next available which was December 26. Go to take my car this morning and I am told there is 15 people ahead of me because it’s first come first serve sorry we don’t make appointments after the holiday week.
