RecommendedMy mom just got her Tacoma detailed inside and out at the Burlington Cartoys. They did an amazing job. We travel with 3 large dogs that shed constantly one even happens to be white. Didn’t expect to get all the hair out and boy were we surprised! Got in and not one dog hair! It felt like riding in a brand new truck. We are very pleased and will be bringing our other cars in for detailing in the near future!

RecommendedRobert being the new store manager is a huge upgrade. Very helpful. Knowledgeable. I have personally seen him handle multiple customer issues very professionally and quickly while waiting. He is always willing to help me when i need parts. He is a huge step up in customer service and the way the store is ran compared to previous managers. Car toys is the only place you should go to for your car audio needs.
I spend over $3,000 on new stereo system. Then they installed it. then we have issue with the systems draining my battery. took it back a few times. say they fix it. nope still having issues. Will never go back to them ever again.
I just got stuck with a 3,000 stereo that doesn’t work and broke my heater. Corporate complaint phone number is a voicemail and the store manager Doug Henson doesn’t have a direct contact number. I have spent well over 10,000 since beginning doing business with this company over 10 years ago. Now they no longer stand behind their service. Just wow.
