went in for the black Friday sale in sat. had a free install 300 dollar stereo in mind. after they took my car apart they told me the free install stereo wouldn't work and that the 300 dollar stereo and free install is now going to cost me 1000 dollars. get another call. the face plate they need is in Olympia, WA. they have to get it sent from there, should be a couple of days. I'm writing this Dec. 15. still no call that the part is in. Very disappointed. didn't want to spend a grand on a 300 dollar free install anyway.

poor Installation policy.
One, their black Friday ads are lies. The ad will say free instalation... not true! That doesn't exist. Two, if you're a woman, don't go here unless you want to be taken advantage of. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I dont know anything about trucks. I went to the store today to update my truck on one option. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, even if it cost me more. I went to this store for help with cameras and an alarm and was sold inadequate products and was only offered refund for parts nothing for labor even though I spoke to this shop 3 times prior to going there and letting them charge me $ 1,500.00 for crap.

Staff needs to understand that not everyone is a mechanic, engineer or just not technology advanced! Got my back camera screen installed in a wrong spot where I can’t see it! Now I have 2 screens ( old and new one) one I can’t use for camera and new one I can’t see!!!! Was told by manager that everything was clarified with me and my husband!
