I had a backup and side camera system installed on an eighteen wheeler this weekend. My installer Nick went above and beyond and did a great job! He had to put in some extra hours on Sunday to get the job done correctly and did not charge extra. I am very happy with the professional and courteous work that was done for me!
RecommendedWe had an issue with our company truck on Tuesday that had us shut down and the crew in Fort Collins worked us in at the last minute and made sure we were back on the road by Wednesday morning!!! Well first they couldn’t give me a straight answer about my claim. I didn’t have a stereo for about two months and they never told me what was going on. I had to go to the store ten times and still they were unprofessional about why it was taking so long, to figure out why the stereo was not working. I end up having them put my old stereo back in the car. They never once called me back, I had to call them multiple times when they said that they would call me. Keep your promise and don't drop the ball. Waited almost 4 weeks to get my replacement stereo. I first went in to get it replaced they said would take a week. A week passed no word I called in they said there was never a warranty claim placed had to wait again another 2 weeks passed I finally called, they said yeah come in we can replace it. I had bad experience with car toys in Greeley too the point they called the cops on me but that's another story. So I thought I would give you guys another chance but again I was let dow... read more
Cartoys is the worst experience ever. Last December they disassembled our truck and damaged and broke numerous items. We have been non stop trying to get this issue resolved and have not got anywhere. I have reported them to the better business bureau and also will be hiring a lawyer. They jerk you around and one person says one thing and another person says another thing. It literally has been one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend car toys to anyone
